EYES

Nothing says ‘90s makeup quiet like a full face of brown hues.
To achieve this modern day ‘90s inspired version go for a brown smokey, smudgy, hollowed eye effect. This will create the illusion of bigger, brighter eyes.

CHEEKS

Liquid highlighters are a huge trend this winter. We are seeing the placement focused on the temples and orbital bone instead of the cheeks.
To get the look contour and angle all the way up to the temple for a sculpted and more chiseled look. For a softer more dreamy shape, create a C-shape from the temples to the high point of the cheekbone.
